WHAT IS MAHZUZAH'S RETURN POLICY? 
Thank you for understanding that all sales are final. We are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, returns, store credit or exchanges. While our blanks, stickers, keychains and pins are outsourced, we adhere to a strict in house quality control process once the items are in our possession and before sending out each shipment.

ARE MAHZUZAH SWEATSHIRTS AND TEES UNISEX?
Yes! All MAHZUZAH apparel is unisex sizing and style. 

WHERE CAN I FIND SIZING INFORMATION?
Size charts are provided with each listing. Please check there!

PLEASE NOTE: THE STYLE AND FIT OF EACH ITEM VARIES DEPENDING ON DESIGN. PLEASE REFERENCE PROVIDED SIZE CHARTS & DESCRIPTIONS  BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR EMBROIDERED APPAREL?
Machine wash embroidered apparel with cold water and tumble (on low) or air dry for best long term wear. Lightly steam to instantly release wrinkles/flatten embroidery after wash. Do not directly iron embroidery. Tip: Place a cotton tee over embroidery then lightly press wrinkles out with household iron (lowest setting). Wash dyed sweatshirts separate or with like colors.

I ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS INCORRECTLY, CAN IT BE CORRECTED?If your order is still processing, send us an email and we will correct your address. If your order has already shipped to the incorrect address, we are unable to change your address or intercept your package. If your order has been returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be charged a re-shipping fee for the amount of the original shipping charge.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO PROCESS?
Due to a high volume of sales and the lengthly embroidery and printing process, please allow up to 10 days for processing of "Made to Order" items. Please keep in mind that we are a small business that makes each item individually and it takes 1-3.5 hours to make each item.

If your order contains just "Ready to Ship" items, stickers, pins and/or keychains- your order will ship same day/next day.

Items marked "Ready to Ship" will ship same day if order is placed by 3pm EST. You may add stickers, keychains or pins to "Ready to Ship" orders. If you add a "Made to Order" item, your order will not qualify for expedited processing. Visit "Ready to Ship" tab to browse items available for same day shipping.

***PLEASE NOTE: MOST ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12.8.24 WILL PROCESS WITHIN 5 DAYS THROUGH 1.7.25. WE ASK FOR 10 DAYS IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DELAYS.*** PROCESSING CUT OFF IS 3PM EST. EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Domestic orders under $25 USD will ship ground (Typical ship time is 2-6 days).
Domestic orders of $25 USD or more will ship via Priority Mail (Typical ship time (1-3 days).

CAN I PURCHASE EXPEDITED PROCESSING/CAN I JUMP THE PROCESSING LINE?
Due to a high volume of orders, we are unable to offer expedited processing or move your order up on the processing line. IF YOU NEED AN ITEM QUICKLY, PLEASE VISIT THE "READY TO SHIP COLLECTION". 

Processing does not include ship time. The  shipping fee is not a processing fee. Shipping fees are set and paid to the carrier you choose at checkout. Example - If you pay USPS for 2 Day Priority Mail, USPS is responsible for delivering your parcel within two days once shipped. 

CAN I GET A STATUS UPDATE ON MY ORDER?
Because our items are made to order, we are unable to provide individual order updates/daily updates. You will receive two notifications from Mahzuzah. The first notification will be an order conformation and the second will be a shipping conformation. If for some reason, you have not received a shipping conformation within 10 days of placing an order, please send us an email (mahzuzahdesigns@gmail.com). 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text with tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If you have an issue with retrieving your parcel, please contact your carrier.

DOES MAHZUZAH SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Depending on the destination of your parcel, you will see the taxes and duties owed at checkout. If your region collects taxes and duties upon delivery, you must submit payment to your carrier to retrieve your parcel. If you have questions about your region's tax/duties fees, please contact your local DHL, UPS, USPS or Canada Post- before placing an order. We are not responsible for any additional charges or fees. (We ship from Tampa, Florida- USA).

DOES MAHZUZAH OFFER COUPONS OR PROMO CODES? 
In an effort to uphold the premium quality MAHZUZAH is known for, we are unable to offer further discounts, coupons or promo codes than listed. 

MAHZUZAH WHOLESALE:

DOES MAHZUZAH OFFER WHOLESALE? 
Yes, we currently offer wholesale on printed apparel, embroidered Coptic cross sweatshirts, stickers, keychains, pins, journals and totes. Mahzuzah Wholesale is only offered to 10 church organizations a month.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY FOR WHOLESALE?
The minimum order quantity is 20. 

HOW CAN I ORDER MAHZUZAH WHOLESALE?
To shop Mahzuzah Wholesale, please send us an email to gain authorization to our wholesale prices. (mahzuzahdesigns@gmail.com)

Please include the name of your church, a brief description of what you would like to order, quantity of each item and expected date of delivery. 

Once approved, we will send you our set price lists.

DOES MAHZUZAH ILLUSTRATE DESIGNS FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS?
We are unable to provide custom illustrations or make changes to custom illustrations. All custom illustrations must be submitted in a ready to print file.

WHAT FILE TYPE SHOULD I RENDER & SUBMIT MY CUSTOM GRAPHIC?
To achieve the best quality print, file(s) must be at least 300DPI. File(s) format must be PNG, SVG or PDF. (APPLIES TO CUSTOM GRAPHIC PRINTS ONLY)

IS A MOCKUP PROVIDED BEFORE PRODUCTION?
Yes, once payment has been submitted, we will send a mockup before production begins. Once approved, we will immediately start production and no further changes will be permitted. (APPLIES TO ALL CUSTOM APPAREL, TOTES AND JOURNALS)

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING FOR MAHZUZAH WHOLESALE?
Keychains, pins and stickers ship within 3 days.
Apparel, totes and journals ship within 14-21 days.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS?
Keychains, pins and stickers ship free within the US via ground shipping. (Shipping upgrade is available at a discounted rate upon request).

Apparel, totes and journals ship at a discounted rate. The destination and weight of your order will determine cost. The discounted shipping rate for these items is calculated by the carrier at checkout.
