[ABOUT THE DESIGN] Whenever summer vacation rolled around as MENA/ARAB kids living in the West, our happiest of days was being able to be reunited with our families in our countries of origin. The atmosphere is something most of us could best describe as "home," and the hardest part was and is leaving.

For us, it's Cairo and the streets of Shobra. One thing is certain at the end of our visit every time, when we'd depart we'd come back leaving one thing behind....our hearts.

An ode to our places of origin and the undeniable and unbreakable bonds of love for our roots and the family we have there and always carry with us.
